Trade Village

SHOPPING at our Trade Village is without a doubt one of the biggest attractions of a Sydney Eventing ODE; after all, who doesn’t love buying new things for themselves or their horse!

Our Trade Village offers businesses the opportunity to be part of the atmosphere of a great event while promoting and selling their products to a captive audience of horse lovers. We are committed to placing your stand and signage in a prime area at SIEC, to guarantee maximum exposure and through traffic.

The fee for a powered site is $250 (+GST) for the full three days of competition. This fee includes the SIEC charge for a powered site. There is a lower fee of $185 (+GST) for an unpowered site for the three days of competition.

If you would like to stay on site there is an additional charge of $20/night for camping or $40/night for a cabin.

Traders can use their own trailers or marquees (please note that under SIEC regulations, marquees cannot be secured with pegs but must be weighted down). Alternatively we can organise the hire of a marquee for you which includes set up, dismantle and removal from site. A price indication is below (please note, prices are subject to change)
